I've had 3 really large babies and I am 4'11 and weigh 109. What kind of exercises can I do to shrink the skin? IS it even possible. I do not want to have a tummy tuck. I can acceopt if it is just this way but wonder if there are any exercises I can do.
Is there any way other than surgery to loose the flabby skin?
I have the same problem from losing weight. I started doing pilates and have really noticed a difference. Of course it's not perfect, but it is better!
Our past makes us who we are. We don't need surgery to hide it. Flaunt it! You probably look AMAZING!

Reply:you can make your abdomen look better by getting muscle and by using creams/lotions with retin a in it .
it won't make your skin tight and you won't see the changes overnight but it will definitely improve with time if you keep on it.
