Lose the weight slowly and do some exercise - you shouldn't have loose skin
Reply:sweets if it is lip check but if u exercise ya skin is young it will be firm oky
Reply:Try to lose no more than 1-2 pounds per week, and do some exercise to tone up and you will look fab.

I don't think that's so much that you'd have an 'apron' when losing weight. I think with a good all around exercise would cause you to lose the weight and gain smooth skin and texture by eating healthy foods that include fruits and vegetables and high fiber.


Your exercise should include walking and other aerobic exercises to make use a as many of your muscles as you can. Walking is a very good exercise and you could do it every other day. On rainy days you can jump rope if you have a place the rope won't get hung up if it's out of the rain.


Diet that includes high fiber, vegetables and fruits


Exercise that includes aerobics/walking and muscle fitness/weight lifting.
