What is the most ammount of weight a 16 yr old female can lose without getting loose flabby skin if she isnt?

You don't have to worry about getting the flappy skin unless you are like over 100lbs overweight even then at 16 I DEFINETLY wouldn't worry about it! Yer good to go!

Reply:When you are losing weight , don't try and lose more then 5 lbs a week. Always do weight bearing exercises while you are on a diet and this will control flab and build muscle. Remember muscle burns fat so the more you have the more you will burn.
