Reply:that depends.....

skin has a fantastic ability to stretch, but not shrink. If you were once very heavy and have lost a lot of weight, you may end up with extra, lose skin. There are two things that you can do to tighten things up:

1%26gt; you can tighten things up by building muscle and "filling in" the area under the skin that is now "empty"

2%26gt; plastic surgery to remove the extra skin

It does not sound like it is applicable to your case, but if you are looking to (for example) lose fat on your belly by doing crunches or sit ups or..... You can not do this. Targeted weight loss does not happen. The body does not work like that. Your body will control where fat is lost first, you can not control it by exercising one particular area. It can also be unhealthy to train like that. You should train the entire body so you do not develop muscle imbalances which will inturn result in body misalignments resulting in yet more problems.
