Losing weight= loose, baggy skin?

If you lose weight, a lot of weight, is there any way to keep from having loose, baggy skin? If someone loses around 90 pounds, will they have to deal with all of that?

Losing weight= loose, baggy skin?
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.

eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)

5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day

8 glasses of water

have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy

have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle

cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training

dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.

ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

if you do it the wright way by not losing more than 1-2lbs a week you give your skin time to adapt.
Reply:Ye sto an extent but it can be minimized with palms coco butter or any other brand cocoa butter, if you use it daily once or twice is better just a little amount. It will increase your skins elasticity and when you loose weight it wont sag a lot and eventually itll all tighten up. It also minimizes stretch marks you get from dropping lots of weight if you get any they will be very light and not those red lines ect
Reply:Lifting weights will take care of most baggy skin areas. Use bar bells also. For your face, use neck stretches. Put your head back and stretch your neck muscles. It's like all exercises, the more you put into it the better the results.
Reply:Yeah, you will have sagging skin if you lose that much weight. You won't if you lose only like 20 to 30 pounds. Above that you will have baggy skin...
