I work out alot but my skin is loose from my legs what can I put so they can get toned because it doesnt matter how hard I work out my legs
My skin from my legs are really loose what can I put or do so it can get toned?
If it is from losing weight, then there is probably not a lot of choices but surgery (which I'm not recommending because of scarring). If it is not, it is probably that you are dehydrated, and need to consume more water (at least 64 oz / day). Best of luck to you.

Reply:try a firming lotion, it firms the skin and it looks tighter and a lot healthier, even a little skinnier, check at your local convenience store like shop rite, i think dove has one
