How to tone loose skin after weightloss?

I have lost approx 70lbs in a very healthy way. SInce I have been heavier for a long period of time there is skin that seems it will never regain its elasticity.


I have decided to wait on the skin removal until a time when I know that it will not come back.





My question is if there are toning exercises or anything that can be done to possibly help the skin regain its stretchiness?


Also along those lines should i build up muscles to fill it out?

lift light weights many times that should help
Reply:sicssors or you could get surgery
Reply:lifting weights or something like pilates might help. also, this may seem like a cop-out, but toning tables really work well, too.
