You should be okay because of your age- just be sure to exercise. Also, losing it slowly will probably raise your chances of keeping it off so be smart. Get it off now cuz it's so much harder when you get older. Good luck with it.
Reply:idk and idc
Reply:no you work it out in the gym and put mussle
Reply:probably not becayse she is still young and when she loses the weight the skin will more than likely tighten,
Reply:probably not cause she is young and skin still has elasticity. women gain that much with babies and go right back to bikini bodies.
Reply:Actually, she will have alittle loose skin, but at that age all you have to do is turn it to muscle, alot of toning exercises and light weightlifting, not heavy, than it will put it on too fast, and you'll end up weighing more but looking muscular.
Reply:SHE WILL BE FINE SHE IS STILL YOUNG AS LONG AS SHE DOES IT IN THE RIGHT WAY AND WORKS OUT
Reply:Yes, she can loose the weight without getting the loose flabby skin. In fact, in order to avoid that she should loose it while she's young! Your skin looses elasticisty as you age.
Reply:no she is too young to have flabby skin after weight loss.
Reply:probably, because you can still have 'baby fat' also once i lose almost 30lbs and my skin was not affected at all and i was like 15 or 14 or something
Reply:it depends on how fast the weight is lost. thats alot of weight to lose if your not overweight dont do it your health will be at risk
Reply:No... that happend to my sister. when you lose weight everything goes with it!
Reply:No, probably not. But it wouldn't hurt to warm-up, cool-down after excersing before, after excersising. Also, look for firming/toning excersises, I think one of the Seventeen summer issues had a lot of good ones. I hope this helps.

Eat well, Drink well, sleep well. :D
Reply:no. it takes a lot more fat that that to permanently stretch the skin out.
Reply:It depends on the elasticity of your skin . It also depends on if you are exerciseing while weight is being lost. If you have a lot of stretch marks then most likely your skin is not as elastic and you may like it to be and you may have loose skin after weight loss.
Reply:At first there will be some loose skin but 16 is probably young

enough that it will go away and everything will tighten up just fine.

Then it is off to "mini-skirt city"....
Reply:No. At 16 your skin is very resilient. But don't do anything crazy, just eat a balanced diet and reduce your calories and exercise a lot.
Reply:no she would not have loose flabby skin if she loses 40 lbs,,but it doesn't hurt to walk, so some scrunches, leg lifts...things like that to tone it up also....i have lost 85 pounds and i am 35 nd i did not end up with loose flabby skin...lol
Reply:No, I don't think so. I know women/girls who have children or gain weight because of birth control and go back to the normal size. They have stretch marks but not loose skin.
Reply:yes, she can lose weight without having flabby skin
Reply:Nah, 16 is young. the skin should bounce back.
