You cannot get rid of loose skin. If it's only slightly bad you could try weightlifting so that you bulk up a bit and fill it out. Otherwise, it can be removed surgically. Typically that's what needs to be done when someone who was obese loses a lot of weight.
How can i lose the loose skin that hangs from my ribs and stomach?
The only effecting way to tighen is surgury especially if you had a weight loss. But sit ups, crunches or abs specific workouts can help tighten.

Reply:Surgical IS the only way. Weightlifting will strengthen your muscles, that you will not be able to see because of the loose skin. Aerobics helps you loose fat, and if you've just lost a bunch of weight ,you know that your skin doesn't always respond. I looked around online at tummy tuck photos and they do marvelous work to repair that for about $5000. Alot of them finance too. Good luck :)
