Does weight training help with loose skin on inner thighs?

Can anyone out there tell me if I can tighten my skin on my legs through weight training?

be sure to incorporate a good leg workout in there with exercises like lunges, squats, leg extensions, leg curls. and for tightening remember don't try breaking the scales with the weights do light weight lifting.
