hey yeah im 15 too. i say do a bunch of crunches/ sit ups and work that area out a lot. i dont really know though for sure... but maybe if you try that, your muscles will get fricken huge and then take up all that extra skin
good luck dude
Reply:sorry nope you can lost fat but not skin.. sorry
Reply:well if you're thin, you can maybe gain like 5-10 pounds of muscle and that would even out your skin.
Reply:do 80 crunches b-for u get into the shower and drink milk and dont drink watter with bread...
Reply:Yoga and Palates are the best for toning. I don't know if this works, but maybe doing sit-ups and crunches to build ab muscle will help
Reply:Not true at all! OK, lets look at some facts. You are 15 and your body still has some changes to make over the years. You will gain more muscle, your bones will become stronger and this will define you as a man. With that being said, your body has more skin than something to fill in between and it's loose.
A few things will help you with this. Firs thing, no matter what we do, there is always something we can improve on. People who are muscular, want more muscles. People who are thin, think they should be thinner. All I am saying is love the skin you are in and make the best of it.. that's first on the list.
Second, someone said to weight and resistance train. This is true, muscle fills spaces beautifully and looks great when proportioned to your natural body make-up. You want to lift for strength (heavier weights) and definition (lighter weights, this will tone you). You need variety with all workouts, though you are thin you still may lack muscle mass.
Thirdly, eat more leafy greens and take a good multivitamin. I recommend Mega-Man from GNC. Leafy greens are full of the vitamins that aid in improving elasticity in your skin cells. Plus they are G. O. O. D. , just plain old good for you!
So there you have it kiddo. Don't get all bent out of shape, it's good to be concerned about your health. Just don't forget to enjoy it.
Good Luck
