Reply:It won't go... you need surgery!
Reply:Keep doing what you are doing , just give it more time. try doing sit up for a change at home and you will get the fat off fast.
Reply:I would say that the only way you could get rid of the loose skin is to get it all lopped off by a plastic surgeon. It's pretty expensive, though!
Reply:put barbecue sauce over yourself then jump into the lion cage at the zoo.........this method is guaranteed to remove excess skin....
Reply:sit ups and crunches...or how about this ask your family doctor...they will know your body better than you know it
Reply:Use Kanchnar Guggulu and Trifla Guggulu 2 Tab each after lunch and dinner, slight chew and swallow with water. 2 months time. Apply Irmedadi Tailam on loose skin. 2 months time will be needed. all meds available online from many sites.
Reply:Skin is a very flexible organ. Give it a bit of time to flex back and "shrink" to your internal size. Depending on how long you were heavy and how fast you lost the weight it may take a bit of time. Surgery should be a LAST resort!
Reply:I had a friend who had the same problem and try as she might she could not get rid of it. Once skin loses its elasticity it wont tighten no matter what you try. She had to go to a surgeon to get it removed.
Reply:I Have Lost 300 pounds after having a gastric bypass a few years ago, and if you have a lot of skin (because skin can only stretch so far and it doesn't have a lot of elasticity to bounce back) all the doctors I've spoken to say that skin removal is your best bet. If there is a lot it Will be painful, but they say it's worth it. A plastic surgeon would be your best bet. A consultation won't hurt. Good luck
Reply:first of all congratulations for the massive weight loss, that is a great achievemnet, you should be proud. i have a friend that has the same problem but when i gave him advice it is no longer a problem.
second of all six days a week is way too much, your body has not got enough time to recover so it won't be able to settle in, you have lost too much weight too quickly.
some basic excercises are: pullovers, crunches using a gym ball, sprinting- not jogging, weighted situps and weighted chin-ups. hope this helps, good luck
Reply:i wish i can help you, but will be good to ask professional who training the people, go on gym. He will know what all you have to do for that. Me my self have problem with skin, so 1 day whan i will can i will go to gym. so head up and ask the man who are working in gym. And you have to know that skin eventually will not stretch back!!! you have to work out. go to gym et eat lot of healt food so that can help to your skin be come more better. wish you all best.
Reply:I think surgery may be your best option. If you do decided to use surgery, check your surgeon's qualifications and reputation.
On another note...way to go on the weight loss!!! That is quiet an achievement, congrats!!!
Reply:Surgery is the only way. If it was going to go back it would be back by now. You must have had that tum for a long time. So long that it stretched your skin out to the point of no return. Surgery is your only option now.
Reply:that is the thing once you become fat ur fat onothing you can do to move the skin...thats why you should always look after yourself!! and eat carefully the only way to get rid of skin in lyposucktion....
Reply:this excess flab or skin will not be removed naturally i had lose flab and i eventually went for a tummy tuck as i tried for years to remove it and it wouldnt go i ended up depressed and in a rut and the only way out for me was surgery
Reply:well, i think the only best way is surgery
but you can try weight lifting, it helps to tone your body.
good luck!
Reply:My girlfriend has the same problem. She went on a crash diet and now has saggy skin round her waist and arms etc.
I REALLY wouldn't suggest surgery.
Instead try this.
1. Increase you intake of EFA's (omega 3's essentially)
[EFA = essential fatty acids]
2. Get a body brush from Boots and use it
3. Eat more protein
4. Increase your intake of collagen (types I and III)
5. Give it time (a few months at least).
Good luck!!
Reply:there is only 1 way and that is to get plastic surgery
Reply:Go see a doctor.
Reply:it wont go on its own no matter what you do you will need to have surgery but it will be alot of money
Reply:Avoid the surgery who would sell a surgical procedure to someone? Don't these people take an oath of 'first do no harm'? Eat right, exercise but not to exhaustion, right moral conduct will do you just fine.
