Does anyone know how to get rid of very flabby loose stomach skin after having a baby??

Im 19 and i just had my son 3 months (8lbs 21 inches long NO epideral!!) ago i was under weight to begin with, i weighed 110 before i was pregnant and at the end i weighed 172!!! i now weigh 132 but i have alot of loose skin!!! does anyone know how to help tighten it????? help!!!

You are only 19, your skin still has plenty of elasticity, meaning if you put your mind and body into a good aerobic or high cardio exercise and diet regimen you will lose that baby pouch. The longer you prolong losing the 'baby fat' the harder it will be to eventually lose the weight. I would suggest exercising while baby is napping or while baby is in the playpen entertaining her/himself. Incorporate baby into a daily walking plan with the stroller and get the added bonus for both of you. If you are nursing go easy on salads and legumes while dieting, since the combination of any of these 'healthy' items will give the breast milk a 'gas' effect on baby's gentle tummy. Opt instead for lean protiens, chicken, fish, wheat products, yogurt, fruits and vegetables (non-gassy).





Your skin looses its elasticity after the age of 26--so get to it!

Reply:Your best bet from what i hear is coco butter and working out like jogging and sit ups.Your 19 you better workout you can still loose the extra weight.
