looking at losing about 30kg. but people tell me if you do it right, it would take a lot of time like years even. but i dont want loose skin or get an op to remove it. i have strech marks now. so basically looking for a safe way to diet and excercise and lose weight and keep my skin normal.
any help would be great!!!
What is the best excercise for losing weight and not have any loose skin?
The safe way to diet is:
- only eat 3 meals a day, with snacks of fruits and veggies.
- drink a lot of fluids
- eat sea weed (this is good for your skin and hair)
- do not go and buy the weight loss bars because those are substitutes for meals (so they're high in calories)
- DO NOT starve yourself
The way to exercise:
- start out by taking a 10 to 15 minute walk in the evening after/before dinner. Increase your time as you progress.
- if you feel like running, go for it!
For your skin:
- they have those lotions in drugstores that you can put on that will fade stretch marks
- your stretch marks WILL fade eventually :)
- there is nothing you can do about already stretched skin, so prevent it from happening.

Reply:Hi gory, I would say that "aerobics" are best for that.
It works all your 'parts' at once - plus - its fun so you
may be more apt to stick with it.
Try "HIP HOP ABS" or something similar. You
will also need some light weight training, too.
But keep it fun so you look forward to it instead of
