Is this a good way to lose 37-40 pounds without having loose skin or flabbiness?

4x a week lotte berk method / callanetics (an hr to an hr and a half


3x a week lotte berk for half hr to 45 mins


3x a week a walk


1-7x a week an hr of horse back riding


and dance everyday for half an hr along with only eating healthy foods n drinking water


is it possible for a chunky/chubby(not fat or obese ) 16 yr old to lose this ammount without loose skin or flabbiness???

you are not going to get loose skin at 14 from losing just 40 lbs...you might if you had to loose over 100 lbs...and that just a maybe....

Reply:Yes, it is!!!!! If you are only 16 now is the time to take control. Taebo and pallates are both great work out programs you can do at home, you will love taebo. I lost 30lbs after my son was born at age 29 and I had an 8pk stomach better than a 6pk. Men were jealous of my stomach. Reply:if yr still young enough you should have plenty of elasticity in yr skin. so get fit while losing and you will not have alot of loose skin. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs that will help you more on this site
Reply:Yes, just drink a lot of water, say no to cola drinks. don't eat heavy meal after 6pm, walk 30minutes everyday, eat lots off vegetables, fruits, milk 3 glass of 8oz a day. eat the 3 meals a day and between meal eat a fruit. good luck and Good health
