ik for a fact they do not because ik someone who was 97 pounds although she lacked muscle tone(probaly because of her cp although you can not tell she has that) and she lost 21 pounds through cutting calories alone and had no flab so is it possible for a person to lose say 37 pounds or even 40-50 without loose flabby skin through diet ? how did nicole richie lose it all and not be flabby you have to admit she lost alot and doesnt have flabby loose skin

How come people who are over weight and lose weight healthy ways can have loose hganging skin however?
People that lose weight the healthy way do it slowly and their body has a chance to tone up and keep up with itself. People that have their stomachs stapled, lose weight pretty quickly and they lose it too fast leaving them with a mass of flabby skin.
Reply:Because the skin stretched so much that it lost its elasticity.
Reply:If you lose it slow, the muscles and skin have time to tone up, and you don't have the loose flabbys. If you lose it too fast (like illness), then it can hang.
Reply:Losing excess weight in either healthy or unhealthy ways, from obesity will defenitely cause loose and flabby skin, because much of body fats have been losen between the skin tissues and mussles.When the body fats have been taken away,the empty spaces which was previously used to store fats is now empty and loose, which is why you will have streches on your skin that was expanded by fluids/ fats previously.
To help achieve a desired body, one will not only required to eat healthily, but to coupled with a strict body workout to achieve good results, which is why Nicole Richie has,..... because she has her nutritionist and personal trainer to guide her.
Reply:Depends on how much weight you lost and how fast you lost it. You actually GROW more skin when you gain a tremendous ammount of weight.
