I have lost 25-30 lbs in last 2-3 months, how do I get rid of the loose skin? Without surgery!!!!?

I began a "crash" regime of weight loss. I am now working 70 hours per week between two jobs. I have cut out all junk food and only eat 2 meals per day. I was about 40 pounds over weight and have lost about 25 (maybe 30) of those pounds. But since the loss was quick i have flabby, loose skin and "man-boobs". I am hoping to decrease these unsightly aspects of my diet but do not know how. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You lost your weight way too fast, the only thing to do is replace the lost fatty areas with good lean muscle mass, I recommend you eat 6 smaller meals per day that are high in proteins - eggs, meats, etc. work out 4 times a week but for 1 hour, lift less weight more times and don't keep your heart rate so high!
Reply:Have you tried weight training??? Building some muscle under the skin should help u get rid of the flab
Reply:I am not really sure that you can. When you lose weight too fast, it does not allow time for your skin's elasticity to shrink as well. You should lose about 1 pound a week. If you did some strength training it might help. You would look lean, and the increase in muscle mass would help fill in those spots.
Reply:From your question and statement I take it that you didn't work out. Have you considered lifting weights? The extra flab can go away if you exercise. Push-ups will get rid of those "man-boobs". If you have flabby thighs running is the trick...just try to incorporate it in your busy day.
