If you lose 100-200 lbs. with diet and lots of exercise, will you still have all that loose skin?

We all know that with gastric bypass you end up with atleast 20lbs of loose skin, but will you have the same effect by losing the weight with extreme exercise?

If you lose 100-200 lbs. with diet and lots of exercise, will you still have all that loose skin?
you need to lose weight slowly...

there are pigments in your skin that cause your skin to be tight..

also, cold water will help a bit... i heard ginger spice (spice girls) is using it, swim everyday...

but it is dangerous, as cold water will cause your veins to contract and affect blood flow... which is a bad thing...

anybody is welcome to correct me on this.. i might be wrong...
Reply:Yeah you do. u need to gradually and slowly lose weight.
Reply:that i believe depends on how old you are

the older you are the harder it is for the skin to tighten back
Reply:not nearly as much, most of it will be turned to muscle, but there may still be the chance of having some
Reply:I think it depends on how quickly you lose the weight. Also, the elasticity of your skin - which isn't the same for everyone.
Reply:probably, yes. That is a lot of weight!
