How do i lose the gross post pregnancy fat/loose skin pouch? anyone who has done it w/out surgery, please help

seriously, i can hold stuff in the flap... it's gotta go!!!

How do i lose the gross post pregnancy fat/loose skin pouch? anyone who has done it w/out surgery, please help
use moisturise to keep it supple


get exercising


doing crunches


will eventually get back to normal


hold your tummy in all the time... this alone will keep it fit


it usually goes but it needs a bit of time... good to see you are on to it now BEFORE it is too late... so you stand a damn good chance of going back to normal

Reply:Time...and exercise. For some people it takes surgery according to how big they got. My child's 6 months old now and I still have the deflated tire. It's hard work getting the old body back!!!

Reply:one advice don't get a surgurey please take my advice.it will spoil your body.
Reply:I didn't have a flap! Mine looked just like it did when I was pregnant, round...it gradually disappeared after about 2-3 months. You were probably already somewhat over weight if you have a flap that you can hold stuff in. Sorry!
Reply:Pilates and time --be patient and remember --your tummy will never be an ironing board again!!
Reply:How long has it been since you gave birth...a week? A year? If it hasn't been really long, look at it this way...it took nine months to stretch it out, and it'll probably take nine months to get rid of it.
