Can all skin tones use loose powder?

because my friend has darkish olive skin and uses light coloured loose powder would it be ok for me to use it but i have darker skin?

Any skin tone can use loose powder, just make sure you get a shade that matches your skin tone.

Reply:i wouldnt advise it!! You really shouldnt use somebody else's makeup if i was you i would try to find some makeup that matches your skin tone!! But i guess you could try it!!
Reply:That is probably translucent loose setting powder, whcih all skin tones can use to keep away shine and set the rest of their makeup. If it is a loose powder foundation, it should match your skin tone.
