Can any exercise reduce a wattle, dewlap, or under-chin flap of loose skin?

Lost a ton of weight. Everything else is tight enough. But in profile, I see I have a wattle now. And I'm too young for this. Are their exercises that can tighten that up, or is plastic surgery the only solution?

Can any exercise reduce a wattle, dewlap, or under-chin flap of loose skin?
If the skin is loose enough to have that, it's not going to go anyway if you tone up the muscles because the skin has been stretched past its ability to shrink back. The skin does not have that much elasticity which is why a lot of people have to have skin removed after weight loss. No amount of muscle toning will help because the skin just can't shrink that much.

Congrats on your weight loss! See if you can get a good recommendation for a surgeon.
Reply:The thing is when you lose weight fast your skin doesn't keep up with the weight lose and stays lose, so for the skin surgery is the only way to fix it. The walk you'll have to work on, just practice walking how you like, because walking is a habit so just change how you execute your habit. Good Luck and Congrats!
