If i lost 10 stone in a year how long would the loose skin take 2 mould back into place?

Sadly, your skin is only capable of stretching in one direction and will never mould back into place. The only option to correct the dangling skin is surgery and this can lead to scarring although an experienced surgeon can do this in such a way to minimise scars. I think losing 10 stone is likely to leave you with such skin but the health benefits are very numerous and it's still worth it.

It depends where you attach the vacuum cleaner.....
Reply:knot it upwards and wear it under a hat.

That is if you don't mind your tinkle being where your nose used to be.
Reply:Your skin can adapt to a new shape (in any direction), but the rate varies from one individual to another, and has limits.

An extensive 'apron' is often damaged by its own weight, so that it can sometimes be permanent, or can get worse over time.

If you weigh 40 stone, losing 10 in a year would produce less apron than the same loss in somebody lighter. If you're only 15 stone when you start, there's a good chance the weight loss would kill you.
Reply:Depends on how supple your skin is, whether or not any of it will go back. But you can be sure that whatever your age or skin type is like, there will still be a hell of a lot of loose skin. But go for it, good luck and be prepared to visit the surgeon afterwards.
Reply:10 stone is a lot and yes some skin can go back but this can often depend on your age and the elasticity of your own personal skin so try dieting for your health ,excersize gently to start and take it week by week. you can only feel better
Reply:im sorry to have to tell u this but it wont, the only way to get rid of it is to have plastic surgery which i would not do my self
Reply:It wont

You will need plastic surgery to make the skin tight again

Because of all the fat that made your skin stretch

It loses it's elasticness
Reply:If you lose 10 stone that fast I doubt the skin will have time to adapt to your new shape - you would probably require some surgery to remove the excess skin. :-)
