I have been on a weight lose programme since Jan. how can i tone my bust and tummy so that the loose skin?
Working your pecs may help with the bust (weight room stuff). Want to know something funny? Laying on your stomach will tighten your stomach muscles. Not sleeping on your stomach, just laying there to do something like read, write, or study. It's a little hard on your arms, but you get used to it.
