Does any one know what the red long loose skin that hangs near the beak on a turkey is called?

Wattle is the correct spelling (I'm a retired teacher). The comb is on top of the head.

Interesting that there are 2 interpretations on this. Working in the field of plastic surgery, I've always seen this referred to as a "turkey waddle". Please check any plastic surgery or facial reconstruction site. Here are a few:
