If loose between 10 or 15 and 37 pounds will u have loose hanging skin?
OH hunny NO. First off your younger I assume...But thats for the morbidly obese and the elderly (55 on usually) Your going to be fine, lose the weight you want and hit the beach in your flat tummy!!!!!!!!
Reply:You won't have loose or hanging skin if you lose that amount of weight, especially if you lose it the healthy way (that is, by eating healthier and exercising more -- not by crash dieting). The loose skin problem is something that affects people who lose a huge amount of their body weight, not just 10-35 pounds.
Reply:no.

The most I had lost is 50. No hanging skin.
Reply:MUCH more weight then that. You might be a little loser in your arms, but that's about it.
Reply:Unfortunately yes!!
Reply:There are 2 factors: the speed with which you lose it, and your age. Both have to do with the elasticity of your skin.

If you lose weight slowly (a program that gives you about 1 to 2 pounds weight loss a week), you are less likely to have the flabby skin syndrome.

Also, once you reach your mid 30's, your skin's gets less elastic, and holds it's current size, meaning the later in life you wait to lose significant weight, the more likely you will deal with flabby skin.
Reply:depends on how fast and how old you are
Reply:It depends on how much you weigh and your particular body type. If you go on a diet that has high protein and low fat and also jog and lift moderate weights you will keep your muscle and lose your fat, so you won't have hanging skin.
Reply:if you loose that amount (10 or so) try to do some weight training while you loose weight, that way muscles will develop and you body will be toned, but if you are obese that's another question
Reply:only if you lose it too fast.
Reply:It really depends on how fast you loose it and what kind of exercises you do, but for that much weightloss...I don't think you would have much if any hanging skin. Again it depends on your skin. For hanging skin...I have done the coco butter and lotions ect and they work over a long period of time. Eat lots of vitamin E too. Generally the active aerobics and cardio that makes you move your body alot..kinda shaking the skin...also helps your body tighten the skin. I hope that helps
Reply:No, especially if you exercise. People that have gastric bypasses usually end up with all that loose skin then they have tummy tucks and other plastic surgery to have it removed.
Reply:Yes, if you lose large quanties of weight, especially if you do

so quickly, you'll have loose skin (and perhaps other issues).

Skin is elastic only to a point, and if you have grown up large,

then you have a large amount of skin. It isn't going to just

disappear. Exercize helps, but only to a point.

Depending on your height, etc, however, 37 pounds isn't

all that much weight. People with massive skin flaps etc.

tend to have lost 50 or even a hundred pounds.

There are surgeries for this and doctors vastly prefer to remove

or staple a little skin here and there after someone has naturally

lost the weight than removing fat and just having it come back

again because the metabolism problem hasn't been solved.

In any case, the thing you are trying to accomplish here is

to change the metabolism permanently and healthfully.

Losing the weight purely for aesthetic reasons is usually

both self destructive and temporary - whereas losing for

health reasons has a better chance of "sticking".

Repeated loss and gain of weight is very bad for your heart.

Good luck!
Reply:You don't mention how old you are....but excersice should help tighten and tone when you diet, this becomes more challanging the older you get.
Reply:i have lost nearly 100 pounds in about 18 months (used to be 210) and i really dont have any hanging skin. the only place that is loose is in my lower belly and thats because when i weighed that 210 i was pregnant with twins. i guess it depends on the type of skin you have, your genes, and your age.
Reply:Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-

PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth

The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.

Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.

To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.

Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.

Take care and God Bless !
