Yes very possible.... the important thing is to take it off slow.... no crash dieting and regularly get exercise. Also at 16 the skin has lots of elasticity.
Reply:If you do it sensibly, and exercise, you probably won't have any loose skin. You're still young enough that there is alot of elasticity in your skin. Now 100 lbs might be a different story, but you should be able to get to a 'hard body' state with diet and exercise with no ill effects.

Reply:Probably not...but your skin will eventually regain its natural elasticity. It is more important to be at a healthy weight than to worry about loose skin, in my opinion. A girl who was once heavy and is now healthy, with a bit of loose skin would be not big deal to most people...Just get started losing the weight! (assuming you need to...)
