If i lose 50 lbs will i have saggy/loose skin?

i will drink alot of water, moisterize, excercise, etc...i am also young

If i lose 50 lbs will i have saggy/loose skin?
only if u do it too fast. lose about 1-3 pounds a week not only so u keep it off but also it will allow the skin to slowly tighten so its not saggy. now if u got like bypass surgery and u lost like 239084739284739 pounds in a day, thats like when the saggy skin would come.
Reply:If you excerise more frequently and do the right workouts for the saggy/loose skin, it'll tighten the skin. Also drink plenty of water. Are you sure you wanna loose 50 lbs at your age?
Reply:It all depends on your age if your young than it will bonce back.
Reply:I think it depends on how fast you lose it.
Reply:Lose it gradually.Let's say give it a year. You'll be fine.
Reply:If you do some weights for toning and ab workouts, that will help. Height also matters. If you're short, than 50 lbs will definitely leave loose skin (though you can prevent this by toning/weight training), but if you're tall, then the loose skin won't be as much.
Reply:If you lose it slowly, your skin will adjust as your losing it.
Reply:ya i think u should do what ever ur doing gradually, if u do some secret technique to lose weight in one month, itll be bad. i think i was 19 when i was lik 5' 8'' and wieght 200 pounts more or less... kinda looked fat yeah lol. but i got pissed and ran everyday in the morning not much , but as much as i could, for a year and i am not fat anymore, i first went to 160, but then i continued to do exercise now more body works and stuff so i gain more wieght due to mucles .. but the good thing is i dont got any soft spots on me lol meanign fat. lol 22 now.
Reply:i am 31 years old and i lost 10 pounds a month, 80 pounds total, i exercise alot, cardio and strength train, i drink lots and lots of water, take multivitamin and eat well and i hvae loose skin, a few inches on my hips, thighs, stomach and upper arms.... here is a pic
