start exercising, or walking holding small weights.
I've recently lost some weight, now I have alot of loose skin. What's the best way to tighten up??
Drink lots of water and try medicine ball work outs. Walking tones and that is the main thing you need to work toward now, toning and tightening, I know your a guy but Yoga is great!
Reply:Depends on where that loose skin is on your body!
Reply:Exercise isn't going to do anything for loose skin. The solution is time. Keep hydrated, take care of your skin (use sunscreen, etc) and give it time. Your skin will tighten up. The younger you are the tighter it will get.
A lot of the 100+ lb losers I know that are in their 40's and older end up getting some skin surgically tightened, but younger individuals can often wait it out.
