Im so sad .. i wanna lose 50 pounds (im 23) do i still have a chance to do it with out getting loose skin?

Reply:at 23 you definitely won't have loose skin after losing only 50lbs, my friend was 20-22 and lost 140, and she didn't have loose skin, just do it the healthy way, losing only a few pounds a week and you'll be fine! (a tip though, using weights, even just free weights helps, it'll keep you toned).
