It depends on how long you were fat and how long ago you lost the weight. I lost 60 pounds in 3 months and my skin was sagging bad. If it hasn't been that long and you weren't heavy that long just wait and stick it out. Otherwise you can keep sagging skin or get plastic surgery. Good Luck to you either way!
Reply:work it off
Reply:Your skin probably won't shrink back into place. Skin is elastic, like a rubber band--if you keep the rubber band stretched out for an extended period of time, it's not going to shrink back because it lost a lot of its elasticity. Same thing goes for skin. The only way to get rid of excess skin is with surgery, sorry to say! If you don't want saggy skin anymore, you could always put the weight back on, but I really wouldn't suggest you doing that!
Reply:You might want to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day for at least a month and you should lose at least 10 pounds. You also might want to consider to go to a fitness club (they really will help you lose weight).
