It depends on what kind of dog you have like blood hounds they wont loose their sagging skin.

Reply:Dogs have extra skin to begin with at a healthy weight. It allowed them to fight or be injured in the wild and have the skin damaged, not their internal organs.
Reply:youngish dogs have loose skin- its left over from their grwoing stages. I personaly think it is cute, but it should go sway, especially with a diet!
