Why is it not sore when i pull and nip the loose skin on my elbow and how come i cant make myself laugh......?
There aren't many nerve endings in the skin on your elbow. Your funny bone nerve is further in. Try hitting it with a hammer. I don't really know about the tickling issue, beyond that part of it is a control issue.
