Drink lots of water. Exercise. Eat lots of protein. Massage your skin with lotion every night to keep it supple.

Exercise, lift weights tone/tighten your body up.
Reply:The only suggestion I can think of is to lose the weight slowly. This would give you skin time to adapt to your new size. Just my opinion because I am not a doctor. You may want to consult a doctor about a healthy amount of weight to lose over a given time period. I find that most people lose too much too quickly and then just put it back on.
Reply:have powdered skimmed milk, it is very good for vitamin d and helps promote elasticity in skin.
Reply:The only guaranteed way to avoid the loose skin is to only lose 2pd a week.
