I have lovley "Bat Flaps" that I would like to eliminate as much as possible. I know they will never go completely away, but maybe something can help?!
I have lost 50 lbs so far, with 50 more to go. I know about loose skin, but can I tone up anyway? How?
lots of pilates and yoga. pilates will tone every single muscle in your body, especially your "core". it'll take a lot of work but it's worth the confident you feel afterwards. my question is how did you lose 50lbs?!
Reply:congrats on your weight loss, girl!
start lifting weights. That, and drinking tons of water will help tone up the flappity-flaps and your skin will shrink normally.
Reply:CLEANSING...IT HELPED ME TO DO THAT.......My family and I have been using the best cleansing technology...:)the first time I did it, I lost 13 pounds in 9 days:).... check out this site

Reply:What have you been doing to lose 50 pounds?? I would really like to know.
I am not sure what Bat Flaps are but I think if you exercise to tone up and drink plenty of water, that is going to be your best bet for the loose skin.
Reply:your weight loss is wonderful!!!!the skin is slower to shrink, but will catch up.they can surgically remove also.what did you do to lose the weight? i just started HMR products.its a liquid diet.
Reply:There's a supplement sold in any "good health food store" It's a combination of arginine, ornithine, and lysine. These are 3 amino acids used to lose weight and gain muscle tone. It will help with the "bat flaps" Do your own research on these three amino acids and you'll see for yourself.
