I have 30 pounds to lose, will I have flabby and loose skin?

If you workout, NO...your skin tightens. IF you just starve yourself, your face and body will sag. Thats not attractive. Eat healthy - and exercise daily for at least 30 minutes and you will melt that weight off quickly. I did.........one year ago, 30 pounds and they are still off and I dont exercise as much ! but i do make it a point to do some type of activity each day...walking, swimming, or whatever to keep the weight off.

I have 30 pounds to lose, will I have flabby and loose skin?
No, it's only people who lose like 100 pounds or something, not 30.
Reply:probably not... 30lbs isnt that much. You start to see the flabby skin in people who lose a lot more.
Reply:At first I thought you said 300 pounds :) Then the answer would be yes... At 30lbs you won't notice any flabby or loose skin. Your skin tone will actually get better because there will be less fat on top of your muscles.
Reply:Not if you do it slowly and use weights as you are losing your weight. Good luck.
Reply:no but you do need to exercise to stay firm
Reply:your skin should go back down too but it also depends on your age I believe if your over 30 something it s harder because the skin looses its elasticity
Reply:Probably Not If you do like Excercises and things along the way too. Ab rollers and crunches and stuff like that! Good Luck! ;)
Reply:No, exercise with diet will make the fat go and keep your skin from getting flabby.
Reply:Depends alot on your age and how long you've been overweight. If it's been a long time, your skin loses it's memory and elasticity and won't rebound.
Reply:i lost about 20lbs in a couple of months and i do not have flabby or lose skin. if you excercise and tone up those areas that you trying to lose from you shouldn't have any problem areas.

good luck with your weight lose! dont give up or get discouraged.

Reply:No, most likely not, but it wouldn't hurt to do some toning excersies along the way and try not to lose the weight overnight. Hope this helps, good luck.
Reply:Probably, but if you exercise at the same time as dietiting there is a good chance you could tone your body to adapt to your new frame!!!
Reply:That isn't a lot of weight so your skin should "bounce back" particularly if you lose weight in a slow and steady manner so your skin can adjust instead of dropping all 30 pounds in a couple of weeks. (Which is also dangerous)
Reply:hmmm depends totally of where you are gonna loose it....

in what time your gonna loose it

how long it was on that weight.

your age (condition / elastiicy of your skin)

mostly after loosing weight the skin is looser after the weightloss especially if you loose it fast but cs of the elastiscy it will go back to normal again areas

Exercises are a very good idea if your loosing weight (actiually allways) pilates is a good idea for example. ow for fun type in any search machine the words weight loss and loose skin and you will find LOADS of answers.....

Success!!!!
Reply:Depends how old you are. Skin loses some resilience the older you become. Remember fat weighs more than muscle. What size are trying to get down to? If you talking a 6" drops in size %26amp; your older... Well you might have some lose skin. But if your young 30# doesn't seem like that big of a deal.
Reply:depends on how long you carried the weight and how much!
Reply:Not necessarily if youre young. The skin is attached to the fatty tissue and underlying muscles. If your muscles are soft it could appear that your skin is flabby so you might want to also tone your muscles. No need to decrease your calorie intake to lose that kind of weight, just up your metabolism by increasing your excercise regime. It will burn off the fat and strengthen your muscles. Skin loses its elasticity with age and skin type.
Reply:It depends on you age. If you are in your 20's you will spring back like a rubber band. It also depends on how long you have been carrying around the extra weight. the longer on, the more likely you will have some sort of sagging. One indicator is your mama and gran. are they wrinkly and saggy? I wouldn't let the thought of saggy skin deter you from loosing the lbs. Use a firming lotion on you parts and if you have loose skin softer a year of keeping the weight off, you can have laser tightening of the areas you want tighter. it works and you don't' have to resort to surgery,
