I have lost around 100 lbs, but I still have loose skin. How do I get rid of it:?

Dear Marshall,





You have already done the hard part.





You can tighten your loose skin, but it does take time.


There is no quick way to do it healthy.





You just follow the old axioms, day by day.





Eat foods that are healthy for you.


Eat slowly, and stop before you feel full.


Drink plenty of CLEAN water. You might want to get a water distiller for the best water.


Exercise. Ideally, find a way to exercise that is enjoyable for you.


Sleep enough. Most people don't.


Do not smoke.


Use alcohol not at all or in moderation. Alcohol changes the way our bodies do a lot of internal important things.





These things will work. It might take a year or so.

Sorry to say the only way is surgery.
Reply:Surgery is the only way, but you'll love the results. They always have those surgeries on TV and the patients are so happy afterwards. Congratulations on losing 100 lbs. by the way. That's awesome!
Reply:I have the same problem..the only thing other than surgery that will help some is drinking lots of fluids, using mousterizers on your skin and doing toning exercises. That helps in some areas. Good luck..oh and congrats on the weight loss
