"Loose skin" is a myth. When you lose weight, you lose not only fat but muscle. Consequently, fat fills where that muscle was and should be and gives the illusion you have "loose skin." But there's hope. Exercise with weight loss can help you retain your muscle. And, if you find yourself with "loose skin" try to put on muscle and lose even more weight.
