Are there any ways to reduce "loose skin" when losing a significant amount of weight?

I am quite young (28). Will it be a problem?

How much weight are you planning on loosing? Keep in mind, the slower you lose the weight, the less loose skin you will have to deal with. It is when you have rapid weightloss that skin tends to hang. Staying hydrated will help also, it will improve on the elasticity of the skin.

Good luck !
Reply:You would have to go through surgery.
Reply:you will probably have to get surgery to pull it tight. if it's not too much loose skin, I guess lifting weights to pack on some muscle but most women don't wanna get to buff. I guess I'd say try that and if it doesn't work, you're gonna have to get some cosmetic surgery. Too bad we can't all just get stretched out to be taller so its more tight to your body!
Reply:Nope. But at your age, it should tighten on it's own. Perhaps not totally, but some.
Reply:plastic surgery
