After you have your baby and you still have that saggy, loose, skin on your tummy...?
Yes excersize and a healthy diet can make that loose skin go away!
Reply:yes if you workout enough and eat right-it will disappear in a flash!!
since your young-it should bounce back w/no problem.
i'm a mom of 3 and i have a strict workout and diet plan that helps keep the weight off of my tummy area.
good luck and congrats!!!
Reply:Diet, exercise, vitamins, and cocoa butter lotion will help some but you may of lost elasticity so some loose skin may remain.
Reply:Diet and exercise will help as well as a skin toning cream.
Cocoa Butter is excellent!!
Reply:The skin stays. It gets better in time though. Spray tan camoflages stretch marks.
Reply:Stretches worked best for me. When I was having babies we called it ISOMETRICS. I don't know what it's called now. It consists of stretching. Lay on the floor or bed and stretch. Start with your neck then your shoulders then your arms then your back and so on.
Two or three times each day, only takes a few minutes and you should be ok.
It worked very well, along with breastfeeding, after 5 kids, I still had a flat tummy!
Reply:Yap eating healthy too help a lot no diet especially if your breastfeeding.I go to the gym but since its cold just do sit ups ,crunches ,flutter kicks at home 2 times a day 50 counts 2 sets each, and i tell you it works but i dont really have that saggy belly though i dont know why,so it takes me 2 months to wear my size 0 jeans ,i think genetics helps too lol', Good luck
Reply:oooh I just answered this elsewhere
Theres this amazing - well I thought amazing- coz I was tired of that saggy skin after 6m.
It was listed new on a health site I go for a specific product for my first kid- called Tummy tightener for postpartum use- uses orchid extract and other oils. Of course , I took it because I was desperate and it actually worked. In 2-3 weeks there was a noticeable lift of tummy, and I was actually losing that skin - ok I do not know how- everybody says you cant- but it did work. Am 4 weeks into it and the tummy roll has reduced by atleast 60%. I keep hoping it will work for longer, fingers crossed
