Reply:Golds gym..lol or any gym. Get a trainer and tell him/her that you only want to get toned but not loose any weight. It isn't expensive either. I only pay $39.99 a month for everything I do at Golds gym. So when you think trainer don't think $$$ because it really isn't bad.
Reply:Walking doesn't really tone you up, it's mainly used for loosing weight.


Try swimming instead or yoga, they are the best types of toning up exercise you can do


Also if you eat something after swimming, it just burns it straight away and doesn't count the calories, if you have done over 20 lengths!
Reply:If your age is 14-16 then you don't need to worry it'll be gone.
