Does anyone know how to tighten loose skin under you're chin after a significant weight loss?

something that helps is eating more soy it helps the elasticity in your skin while you lose weight also try isometric exercises to tone individual areas

if there are still problems after you have lost all the weight or after a few months of trying then try going to a doctor and see what they suggest

sad to say that as of right now if the skin is significantly loose there really isn't much that can be done save for surgery. There may be some creams and lotions that claim to tighten and firm skin but the reality is that these products give little to no real world results, if they did chances are that you'd already know about them, and older people wouldn't have wrinkles either.
Reply:I was told that nothing can be done to tighten loose skin or wrinkles under the chin or neck region. Tummy tucks, facial lift etc can be done surgically. I believe if surgery was done to the neck region it would impair movement of the head. You could diminish the loose skin effect by applying firming moisturizer (using fingers) in an upward motion every morning and night, about 30 strokes at a time.

Cheer up, try using blouses and Ts with closed/mandarin collars.

A joke - An old woman, wanting to remain young, went for so many facial uplifts that one day she noticed a clump of hair on her chest.
