Phrenulum...I might have it spelled wrong, but that's what it is called. Okay I looked it up...try Frenulum. And specifically, Frenulum Preputii. There are many frenulums of the body, so apparently it must be classified by the "preputii" to know that it is for the penis.
Reply:...left over foreskin...
Reply:foreskin. are you obsessed with foreskin? you like uncut d-i-c-k-s? you must be gay. LOL... cheers!
Reply:I call mine Larry.
Reply:bloom is right. the loose skin underneath is called FRENULUM. there are other frenulums in the anatomy (like the one underneath the tongue) so they have specific names to avoid confusion. im not quite sure what specific term that refers to the one you are asking.
Reply:It is the frenulum. It is a sensitive area and if played with will help with arousal. The new condoms that are loose at the top allow for stimulation of the frenulum and it feels more like sex without a condom when using one of those.
