Will u be permanently stuck with loose skin after weight loss?
It depends on how big you were and how much your skin had stretched. For some people the only way to get rid of the excess skin is cosmetic surgery.
Reply:No! the elastin in your skin will eventually pull the loose skin back tight. providing you are relatively young. old people have considerably low levels of that protein. It would take a long time however.
Reply:i think it depends on how old you are, how much elactisity you still have , and if you are able to excercise your way back. I think when you are older and you lose weight, you are more apt to having hanging skin even if you excercise. I know my stomach hangs and i cant get back to shape without an operation. I could be wrong, but that is how it appears with me.
Reply:no, if you are very overwight and lose it fast (unhealthy) then there will be the skin and it will go away slowly, if you lose it slow and you are very overwight then the skin will unstretch with you, if you don't lose 50 or more pounds than it probably will barely show ever
Reply:Try this. It helps a lot and you can use it anywhere

Reply:It important to loose the weight slowly. also the younger you are the better.
Reply:not if you exercise and diet to lose weight... the idea is to lose fat not muscle so stay active (workout).
