I have been working out, doing cardio, weights and resistence. I am noticing the loose skin since I've begin loosing weight. Is there anything beside surgery that will help me tighten this up? Pills? Exercise's? Food's? Anything please give suggestions.... Only serious anwer's please

Reply:No, only a tummy tuck/equivalent on other parts could help.
Now, the skin is very elastic and will probably bounce back fairly soon as well, depending on your age.
I say just give it a little time and keep up your great progress!
Reply:You might want to consider slowing down your rate of fat loss, as counter-intuitive as that may sound. Skin is fairly resilient, especially while we are young. However, rapid fat loss may leave you (at least temporarily) with loose skin.
