what is the most ammount anyone could lose without flabby hanging loose skin?
please tell if 37-40 is possible

Can a 16 yr old lose 37-40 pounds without loose skin or flabbiness? not extremely fat?
i lost 50 when i was 13 and the loose skin bounces back when your younger

Reply:yes get to the gym...and workout that young body...start pumping the iron ...get a trainer or get a buddy to do it with you..you know Go to the boys club they have alot of people that will help you out...
Reply:Yes it is possible, but you'll have to eat very clean and healthy and do cardio and lift weights to firm up the skin. Get a membership to your local gym and get started Monday! A great program to follow is Body For Life, for balanced eating and exercise. If you stick to the plan strictly and do the exercises, you will probably be able to lost that during the length of the program, which is 3 months for the challenge, or make it a lifestyle.
Reply:It is possible, if you do it the right way. Make sure to eat still, just eat 4-5 smaller meals a day, instead of the regular 3. Breakfast is a must, it gets your metabolism boosted and will give you more energy for the day. The faster your metabolism, the more weight you will lose. You shouldn't work out too much either, between 3 and 5 times a week should be good. If you tone your muscles, the flabby and loose skin won't be there. Reply:Its possible but u have got to work at it,execise regularly,eat anything u want,but eat a little bit sometimes skip a day take a walk everyday and remember u cant start today and lose 37 to 40 lbs by tomorro it takes time, it works,it worked for me.
